Nigel McIntyre Charity Event will commence on the 27th August. The event will begin at 6pm until close.

A good turn out of 16 anglers appeared for the invitation only competition that was organised on behalf of Belfast Childrens Hospice, Laura/Lynn Society and the Samaritans by our own Derek Cooper as part of the Grand Masters Appeal.

The winner of the day was Andy Jess from Ballyclare who caught 3 fish for 8lb 1oz, for winning Andy won £150 which he swiftly donated back to the charities.

A good day was had by all involved and Tildarg would like to thank all the anglers who took part and for their time taken to raise sponsership. A total of £2150 was raised.

Monies collected will go to the Belfast Childrens Hospice, Laura/Lynn Society and the Samaritans
